Welcome to Digimark Tech Solutions our Hospital Token Booking System ("the System", "we",
"our", or "us"). By accessing
or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read
them carefully.
1. Purpose of the Service
Our online Token Booking System allows patients to reserve a place in the queue for doctor
consultations before physically arriving at the hospital. This service is intended to reduce
patient wait times and improve the efficiency of patient flow management.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this service.
By using the System, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding
agreement.
3. Token Booking and Usage
- Tokens are issued based on availability and are not a guarantee of exact appointment time.
- Patients must arrive at the hospital within the specified time window. Failure to do so may
result in the token being forfeited or delayed.
- The hospital reserves the right to prioritize emergency or critical cases over token
holders.
- Appointments can only be booked for the next calendar day. Same-day or multi-day advance
bookings are not permitted.

4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details.
- Misuse of the system, including false bookings or impersonation, may result in denial of
service.
- Appointment schedules and visiting times are decided solely by hospital staff based on
doctor availability and operations.

5. Cancellations and Modifications
- Once an appointment is booked, no cancellations or refunds are allowed under any
circumstances. Cancellation charges apply in all cases.
- If the doctor is unavailable due to emergency or any reason, the hospital may cancel the
appointment and refund only the appointment fee. Service/transaction charges are
non-refundable.
- ఒకసారి అపాయింట్మెంట్ బుక్ అయిన తరువాత రద్దు లేదా రీఫండ్ అనేది ఏ పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ సాధ్యం కాదు.
రద్దు చేసిన సందర్భంలో పూర్తి ఫీజు వర్తిస్తుంది.
- ఎమర్జెన్సీ లేదా డాక్టర్ అందుబాటులో లేని సమయంలో, ఆసుపత్రి అపాయింట్మెంట్ను ఆటోమేటిక్గా రద్దు
చేస్తుంది. అపాయింట్మెంట్ ఫీజు మాత్రమే రీఫండ్ చేయబడుతుంది. ట్రాన్సాక్షన్/సర్వీస్ ఛార్జీలు
రీఫండ్ చేయబడవు.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

be used solely for booking and operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate and uninterrupted service, we are not liable for delays
or failures in booking caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
- We are not responsible for any consequences arising from patient delays or non-appearance.
8. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and
your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
