Hospital Appointment Booking – Terms and Conditions
- No Refund & Cancellation Charges: Once an appointment is booked, no
cancellations or refunds are allowed. Cancellation charges apply in all cases.
- Next-Day Booking Only: Appointments can only be booked for the next calendar
day. Same-day or multi-day advance bookings are not permitted.
- Scheduling and Timing: Appointment schedules and visiting times will be decided
solely by the hospital staff based on doctor availability and operational convenience. Patient
preferences may not be accommodated.
- Emergency or Unavailability of Doctor: In case of an emergency or unexpected
unavailability of the doctor, the hospital reserves the right to automatically cancel the
appointment. In such cases, the appointment fee will be refunded, but transaction/service
charges will not be refunded.

- అపాయింట్మెంట్ షెడ్యూల్ మరియు టైమింగ్: అపాయింట్మెంట్ షెడ్యూల్ మరియు డాక్టర్ చూసే
సమయం ఆసుపత్రి సిబ్బంది నిర్ణయం ప్రకారమే ఉంటుంది. రోగి అభిరుచులు అందుబాటులో ఉండవు.
- ఎమర్జెన్సీ లేదా డాక్టర్ అందుబాటులో లేనప్పుడు: అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో లేదా
డాక్టర్ అందుబాటులో లేని సమయంలో, ఆసుపత్రి ఆపాయింట్మెంట్‌ను ఆటోమేటిక్‌గా రద్దు చేసే హక్కును కలిగి
ఉంటుంది. ఈ సందర్భంలో, అపాయింట్మెంట్ ఫీజు మాత్రమే రీఫండ్ చేయబడుతుంది. అయితే,
ట్రాన్సాక్షన్/సర్వీస్ ఛార్జీలు రీఫండ్ చేయబడవు.
